8 deleted scenes that would make our favorite movies only better

On a good movie, we often say: "I looked at one go." One and a half to two hours of the film and the truth can fly unnoticed, but behind this are hundreds of hours of filming and a lot of footage, from which then a full picture is cut out from a piece of stone. But what if the important piece was lost?

Titanic

Remember, towards the end of the movie, did Cal search for Rose on board the "Carpathia" among the rescued passengers? It turned out that scenes were cut from the film, in which pretty important moments are shown and the condition of the main character is conveyed with greater accuracy. The remote passage is important for other characters.

The contemptuous looks of the passengers are directed at  Joseph Ismay (the chairman of the steamship company that built the Titanic). By the way, he was blamed for the tragedy and the small number of boats until death. In the carved scene, on the new side, Mama Rose reveals herself: she is looking desperately for her daughter, although before that we see her as cold and calculating. And we notice the girl Cal gave out for her child to get on the boat - it's good to know that she still survived.

Look , even outside the movie, the scene is creepy.

The Lion King

In the animated film "The Lion King", an adult Simba reunites with a childhood friend of Nala in the jungle. But how did she end up there? The version about finding food for other lions looks quite truthful, but the  carved scene shows the real reason for her departure: Scar decided to make Nala his queen and invited her  to become his wife . Nala refuses him in front of other lions, and Scar drives her out.

Indiana Jones: In Search of the Lost Ark

Remember the moment when the Nazis open the ark, Indiana Jones closes his eyes and yells Marion to do the same? This also saves them from the spirits that kill everyone else. But how did the archaeologist guess that it is dangerous to look at them?

In a  remote scene, Jones and his friend Sullah talk to the elder Imam , who warns them that the ark can not be touched and looked at, as this will lead to death.

 In Bruges

As we remember, in the film, Ken, contrary to Ray's order, leaves Harry alive, which leads to the problem. But the  remote scene makes this rejection an even more difficult decision for Ken. If on the plot we can guess about the long friendship of Ken and Harry, the carved memory leaves no doubt in it. It turns out that Ken's wife was killed by a policeman, and  Harry avenged a friend by cutting off the killer's head with a katana.

By the way, the young Harry is played by Matt Smith, the 11th doctor from the series Doctor Who.

Terminator

When Sarah Connor escaped from the terminator, many exhaled, but the  remote scene could make us even more nervous: in it we see how the manager of the building in which the battle took place finds the remains of the robot, including the chip that it takes with it . We also find out whose building it was - Cyberdyne Systems.

The scene suggests how the terminators originally appeared, and although these details were later mentioned in the second film, the remote moment would give the ending more significance.

Mulan

In one of the scenes of the cartoon we see the result of the raid of the Huns - a burned-down village. But the  remote passage shows how really Shan-Yu is dangerous and inhuman: he orders no one from the village to be left alive, and when one of the Huns tries to save even a small bird, he  kills both of them .

Yes, the scene is cruel to children, but the moment with the Hun, saving the doomed bird, gives history a depth - without it, the Shan-Yu army appears to us entirely of the same scoundrels as himself.

Aladdin

Heard the theory that a trader who offers the audience a lamp at the beginning of a cartoon is the Genie? It seems that this is not just an assumption of the fans. This scene was not included in the "final" cartoon, but it shows how the trader at the end of the film again offers a lamp and  turns into a genie with the words "Some things are not what they seem". Cartoon and so came out successful, but such an unexpected turn would definitely not spoil it.

Lord of the rings, Brotherhood of the ring

Here, the remote scene helps to disclose the motivation of the characters: the brothers Boromir and Faramir suffered from the pressure that their father exerted on them. Perhaps Boromir therefore wanted to find a ring in order to get his father's approval, and not for the sake of saving the kingdom? At least we know that it was Denethor who needed the ring .

Do you think these scenes would help to feel the film better, or did the creators succeed without them?
